  The only drawback of these accommodations or that it is not possible to ski to the door. You can ski close to the door and then walk a short distance. Nice ambience with a stream trickling through it. An on-demand shuttle bus is also available from the main Resort. The ability to prepare food was highly appreciated. Although the food available at the resort is reasonable there's an amazing if not understandable lack of Hong Kong Cuisine.

  I came here with a small group of friends and we enjoyed our stay. Self check-in was a breeze and the rooms were as pictured. There was a fully stocked kitchen which was very helpful. We ran out of dish soap and they delivered it to our door within minutes. There is a 24 hour shuttle service to the slopes which was easy and convenient.

  Horrible experience. I arrived the lodge at 4pm, they said they are cleaning right now and tell us to come back here at 5:30. We came back at 6, waiting for half an hour and got check in. Entering the apartment at 7:30, and hoping to get some rest right a way. BUT, the room is never cleaned, and some room lights are not working. I called the front desk, they didn’t even apologize and said they would send the service. But here I am, standing in an unclean room and still waiting for the service. I lived here last year, it was good and it is the reason I came back and even recommended to my friends. However, I regretted everything right now.

  We checked in a little late but we were given clear and concise instructions on how to access the unit. Lots of accessible parking spaces. First glance everything seemed in order on the inside but there ended up being a lot of cat or dog hair on the furniture. Location wise, you can see the skiers on the mountain. Bit of a walk to the village but I'm pretty sure there was a shuttle bus stop close by.

  Our host Alexx was great! The unit was gorgeous, but the one thing I was disappointed about was how the jacuzzi was advertised. There is one, but its in the main building, and its OUTSIDE. Shared by the entire resort. Other than that, I would absolutely come back!
